My story
and the work behind it

Who I am

I am a techno-futurist, systems thinker, regenerative practitioner and consultant working where climate, technology and society meet.

The systems we build decide who gets included, and who has to live with the result.

I am Community & Partnerships Lead at Bread Cooperative, Co-Director of the Creative Regenerative Futures Foundation, a regenerative consultant at Creativo Design, and chair of the Supervisory Board at OCAN. I am a Global Shaper with the World Economic Forum and a German Marshall Fund TILN Fellow. From 2021 to 2023 I served on the European Commission's Youth Sounding Board (DG INTPA). I was formerly Head of Impact, Equity, and Inclusion at Kolektivo.

What I do

My work is rooted in imagination. I am working towards an economic system that is founded on nature, driven by regeneration, and serves all people. My work converges on one question: what future do we want to live in, and which steps do we take to reach it? My experience brings together policy and politics with Web3, activism, and spirituality.

I help leaders set a direction, build the capability to deliver it, and measure the impact they create. I design and facilitate the programmes and processes that make it happen. And I speak: keynotes, moderation, and thought-leadership that move a room.

How I work

Born on the island of Curaçao and based in Europe, I look at existing institutions constructively and critically. My background in the arts and facilitation lets me design projects and programmes that reach the heart of the issue. Whether in programme design, project management, or thought leadership, my work invites people to reflect, envision, and transform reality into the sustainable, inclusive future we know it can be.

Track record

I have spoken at COP26 and COP27, attended COP30 with the European Network Against Racism, and addressed audiences at the World Economic Forum, the EU Parliament, and the World Bank. My writing has appeared in Newsweek, the WEF Agenda, and Humanity in Action. I have built programmes with Pakhuis de Zwijger, Springtij, True Price, and Systemic Justice.

I helped write the first brief for the EU Youth Empowerment Fund and contributed to the design of the Africa-Europe Youth Academy. Together they now carry €25 million in EU funding.
