Leadership and Impact Advisory
I help leaders set a direction, build the capability to deliver it, and measure the impact they create. Strategy, governance, and decision-making for a changing world, with ESG and future-risk where they matter.
Convening and Dialogue
I convene the rooms where hard things get decided: dialogue series, festivals, retreats, and multi-stakeholder processes. I bring unlikely people into the same room and design the conditions for them to move to action.
Facilitation and Programme Development
I lead and facilitate effective processes and transformations, and I design programmes that increase collaboration and cooperation. Strategy retreats, dialogue programmes, and co-creation sprints. I have co-created programmes with Pakhuis de Zwijger, Springtij, True Price, and Systemic Justice.
Policy and Governance Advisory
I know the EU institutions, and the constitutional relationship between the Netherlands and the Dutch Caribbean. I have advised the European Commissioner for International Partnerships directly, and I understand how SIDS (Small Island Developing States) move through global climate and development negotiations. Reports alone do not change policy. Action does.
Regenerative Finance and Web3
Strategy for regenerative and decentralised finance, with a real track record: Kolektivo (40+ impact grants, $500K+ social value), Bread Cooperative ($400K in circulation, $50K+ to public goods), and ReFi DAO (DEIJ lead).
